If we are able to increase capacity, or in case of a cancellation, we will contact you and find out if you are still available to play.We are looking for substitutes, both singles and pairs. The deal is that you commit to arrive on the morning of the 21st, and to play, all day if necessary, in lieu of a late or no-show pair. If all registered players are present at the start, you are free to leave. Regardless of whether you are needed, we will give you a lunch voucher valid during the event only at any of the participating venues. If you end up playing for the whole event as a substitute, you still do not have to pay the registration fee, and you will be fully entitled to any prizes that you may win.

Instructions for arrival on the 7th October:Registration will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford High Street GU1 3RR, from 10am onwards. Only one member of each partnership needs to register, but if your partnership is scoring, then the phone-owner should be present.
